		<description>Rice is a very good school...a 27 may not be good enough, actually, for Rice--he would probably need to break a 30 at least, and have above a 3.6 GPA.
There aren&#039;t any colleges in OK that come close to Rice in terms of prestige, unfortunately. The good colleges in Oklahoma include the University of Tulsa and the University of Oklahoma, which are the only &#039;top tier&#039; universities in OK.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
